Serviced Apartments
Fully furnished, self contained units where residents are provided with their own fully equipped living, sleeping, cooking, laundry and bathing facilities. Prices are fully inclusive of all utilities, management and generally include SKY TV packages.There is always a cleaning, linen and towel change service at least once a week. The apartments will usually be part of a managed block typically with an onsite concierge. At DWELS we have access to a handful of carefully selected Serviced Apartment operators across the UK.
An agent we are not, agents earn commission from their clients. We don’t charge our clients a penny for this service, our hand picked operators pay us a commission for placing our clients in their Serviced Apartments and on the back of our partners in business agreements, our rates are very preferential and thus in most cases are more cost affective for our clients than booking directly.
Serviced Apartments are the answer for short term and or interim requirements.
