Serviced Apartments

Fully furnished, self contained units where residents are provided with their own fully equipped living, sleeping, cooking, laundry and bathing facilities. Prices are fully inclusive of all utilities, management and generally include SKY TV packages.

There will also be a cleaning, linen and towel change service at least once a week. The apartments we usually be part of a managed block typically with an on-site concierge/porter. At dwels we have access to hundreds of Serviced Apartment Operators country wide, in this instance you could say we are an agent, but the word agent tends to suggest “middle man” and thus you naturally end up assuming that it will cost you more to book through an agent – this is not the case, your serviced apartment will cost you exactly the same whether you book it directly with the operator, the operator will pay us a commission for the business placed.
