Managed / Leased Apartments

Managed/leased apartments are our forte; they can often be classed as identical to serviced apartments in terms of quality. They can be leased to order in the long term rental market, generally for 6 months or more. At anytime you can replace employees with other employees and you can in most cases do this as often as you like. With managed apartments we can tailor your requirement with much more flexibility than serviced apartments.

Once we are given a brief, we actually invite your employees to view available accommodation. 8 times out of 10 we can accommodate them in the same post code as the one they are assigned to. We secure the selected apartment on your/their behalf, sign up the agreements in our name, make sure that the apartment is fully equipped with all necessary mod cons, check your client(s) in, set up all utilities in our name, pay these utilities as they come about and manage the whole living process for you. In return for this service, we charge a monthly service fee.
